Roger PfisterRoger Pfister is a historian of origin whose research interests are in current political developments in sub-Saharan Africa in general and Southern Africa in particular. His Ph.D. focuses on "South Africa's Foreign Relations with Black Africa during Apartheid, 1961-1994". He has published on the ANC's diplomacy in exile, South Africa's post-Apartheid foreign policy, and on the relevance of new information technologies for Africa.
